Employee Introduction Recommendations

To show sensitivity to the privacy of your Employees, we recommend that you consider introducing the new cameras to them with the following information:

    1. Explain that the extraordinary clarity of the new cameras will improve their Safety. They will be more aware of their activity, knowing they are ‘on camera’.
    2. They will be even more focused, knowing that all their activity is being recorded.
    3. They will take less chances, and will work safer.
    4. Managers will watch crystal clear video playback of any incidents/near-misses in Safety Meetings.
    5. Machinery downtime will be reduced.
    6. Production Line staging will be further improved.
    7. Benchmark Standards will be enhanced.
    8. Labor supply and demand will be even more balanced.
    9. Video playback will reveal any areas for improvement with Quality Control.
    10. Security will be greatly enhanced.
    11. Prospective Customers will be impressed by the efficiency of the company using such an advanced camera system.
    12. Existing Customer relationships will be further improved. The cameras will make the company more profitable, thereby giving them more job security.

I don't have a probem motivating my Employees because they know they're all on camera.

I know my workers are working safer.

I go back to look at performance in a particular department 3 or 4 times a week.

A Workers Comp claim was rejected because of playback.

I show Employees playback of their great work.

It's been implemented into Safety Meetings.

It's already paid for itself several times over.
